Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Products marked as "final sale"

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please email us at Contact@sahzenterprisesllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@sahzenterprisesllc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the damage.

Exchanges

We currently only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. If still unresolved, email us at Contact@sahzenterprisesllc.com
